Instructions
Make thick zucchini noodles using zucchini spiralizer or anyway you like.
Press "saute" and add butter.
Once melts, add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add almond milk and heavy cream, stir well and saute for 4 minutes.
Press "cancel", take out the sauce and clean the Instant Pot.
Press "saute" and add water.
Let the water come to a boil and add zucchini in batches.
Cook the zucchini for 1 minute, take it out and place in a bowl.
Pour the cream sauce over the zucchini noodles.
Add parmesan cheese and black pepper, stir well and serve :)
