cups
broccoli
cut into florets
½
cup
heavy cream
3
cups
chicken broth

tablespoon
olive oil

cups
cheddar cheese

cloves
garlic
minced
to taste
salt and black pepper
Instructions
Press "saute" and add olive oil.
Once hot, add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add broccoli and saute for 3 more minutes.
Add chicken broth.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
When cooking time ends, do a quick pressure release.
Add salt and pepper to taste and saute for 2 minutes while stirring.
Stir in cheese and cream and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
Dish out the soup and serve :)
