This delicious turkey soup is a great way to use leftover turkey from your holiday dinner.

olive oil

celery stalks

turkey
cooked & shredded

chicken broth

water

herbs seasoning

egg pasta
Instructions
Press "
saute
" and add olive oil.
Add onions, carrots and celery and saute for 2 minutes.
Add cooked turkey, chicken broth, and water.
Add salt, pepper, herbs seasoning and stir well.
Close the lid and cook on
low pressure
for 5 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Open the lid and press "
saute
".
Add egg pasta and saute for 3 minutes while stirring.
Serve and enjoy :)
