Instant Pot Yellow Rice

Instructions
Add butter to the Instant Pot and press saute.
Add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add rice, turmeric and salt and stir well.
Add chicken stock, soy sauce and coconut milk and stir well.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural release for 20 minutes and then do a quick release.
Open the lid and serve :)
