Add the eggs, cottage cheese and cream cheese into the blender and mix.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add in whaterver mix-ins you'd like.
Add the shredded mozzarella and stir.
Pour the mixture into the silicone molds.
Add water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet on the bottom.
Put the mold on the trivet.
Put on the lid and cook on low pressure for 6 minutes.
When the cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Open the lid, serve and enjoy!

If you're worried about the eggs sticking to the molds, spray with nonstick cooking spray before adding. They should easily come out and hold their shape.
