Instant Pot Hash browns
Instant Pot Hash browns are a great way to start the day. Simple and easy to make - and full of yummy flavor!!

boiled potatoes

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper

cornstarch

olive oil
or cooking oil
Instructions
Peel and shred the potatoes.
Mix the potatoes with egg, salt, pepper, cornstarch and flour in a bowl.
Use a round cookie cutter and cut out the hashbrowns from the mixture.
Place the air fryer basket inside the Instant Pot and then pour in ¼ cup of oil inside.
Place the hash browns into the basket.
Put on the Air Fryer Lid and AIR FRY at 390 °F for 6 minutes.
Open the lid, serve and enjoy :)

Notes
If you don't have a round cookie cutter, you can use a glass and press down to cut out the hash browns.
Don't stack the hash browns in the Instant Pot, or they won't crisp up! They need to have a bit of space.
The easiest way to change up the flavor is to change up the added seasonings. Chili powder would be a great option for making them spicy!
