Instant Pot French Fries without Crisplid
One of the easiest way to prepare perfectly spiced French fries at home… Surely you would love to make these fries again and again.

potatoes

cup
water
for the Instant Pot
3
tablespoon
canola oil
2
teaspoon
paprika
1
teaspoon
salt
any other spices you like
to taste
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into ¼-inch thick strips.
Pour water into your Instant Pot and place the trivet correctly.
On a bowl, mix the potatoes with the oil and the spices.
Place the potatoes on the trivet.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural release for 10 minutes and then the a quick release.
Open the lid, serve and enjoy. You an add more spices to taste :)
Notes
Optional: After cooking, put the fries under the broiler for extra crispness.
