Instructions
Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot.
Place the zucchini slices in a steamer basket and place the basket inside the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 1 minute.
When cooking time ends, do a quick pressure release.
Open the lid, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve :)
