red bean

of olive oil

large onion

bell pepper
chopped

garlic

stick of celery

parsley

Worcestershire sauce

cup
beef broth

diced tomatoes
1 ½

long grain white rice
Creole seasoning
to taste
Instructions
Press "saute", add the sausage and saute for 5 minutes.
Take out the sausage and place aside.
Add olive oil, onions, bell pepper, celery, and parsley and saute for a 3 minutes.
Add the garlic and saute for 2 more minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients (including the sausage) and stir well.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Open the lid and serve :)
