Instructions
Place the butter in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”. Then, add all ingredients except water and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Press the “Cancel” and stir in water.
Secure the lid and turn to “Seal” position.
Cook on “Manual” with “High Pressure” for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Press the “Cancel” and carefully do a “Natural” release for about 10 minutes and then do a “Quick” release.
Remove the lid and transfer the pecans onto a baking sheet.
Bake for about 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and keep aside to cool before serving.
