Instructions
Add the fresh kale into the Instant Pot. Make sure that it's trimmed and ready to go.
Pour in the water and put on the Instant Pot lid.
Set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 3 minutes.
Once the time has passed, do a quick release and scoop out the cooked kale. Add it to a strainer to drain off any excess water.
Put the cooked and drained kale back in the Instant Pot and add the olive oil.
Add the salt and stir.
Add the minced garlic and press the sautee button on your Instant Pot for 2 minutes.
Stir the kale every 10 seconds with a wooden spoon.

There are many different colors and types of kale. This simple recipe will work with green kale and all types or colors of kale, as well as all types of flavors.
Even though the cooked kale shrinks down quite a bit, don't eat all of it in one sitting. Kale has a HIGH fiber amount, and it may cause stomach issues if eaten in excess.
