Instructions
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
Drain excess grease, then add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer uncovered for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Notes
Drain excess grease from the ground beef after browning for a less oily chili
