Instructions
Add the oil in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”. Now, add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
Press “Cancel” and stir in the spinach, fish sauce, water, salt and black pepper.
Select “Steam” and just use the default time of 1 minute.
Press “Cancel” and do a quick release.
Carefully, remove the lid and select the “Sauté”.
Cook for about 1-2 minutes.
Press “Cancel” and serve hot.
