Churros are a delicious Spanish treat that are loved by people all over the world. These long, thin doughnuts are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and dusted with cinnamon sugar.

Instructions
Combine water, butter, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep frying pan.
Pipe dough into the hot oil using a star-shaped tip.
Fry churros until golden brown, turning occasionally.
Remove churros from oil and drain on paper towels.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
Roll warm churros in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
Notes
Use a star-shaped piping tip to create the classic churro shape
Fry churros in small batches to prevent overcrowding in the oil
Use a thermometer to ensure oil is at the right temperature (350°F or 175°C)
Drain fried churros on paper towels to remove excess oil
Toss churros in the cinnamon-sugar mixture while still warm for even coating.
