Taco Casserole
This recipe is a great way to use up leftover ingredients, and it's also a great way to feed a crowd. With just a few simple ingredients and some basic cooking skills, you can whip up a delicious meal in no time.

packet taco seasoning

crushed tortilla chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to package instructions.
In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips.
Spread half of the seasoned beef over the chips, followed by half of the salsa and half of the cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Brown the meat thoroughly for better flavor and texture
Drain excess grease from the meat before adding seasoning
Customize the casserole with your favorite taco toppings like olives, jalapeños, or avocado
