Corn Salsa
This salsa is made with fresh corn, diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and a few other simple ingredients that come together to create a tasty and colorful dish.

Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine corn, red onion, bell pepper, and cilantro.
Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and stir well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Allow the salsa to sit for at least 30 minutes, then serve or refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Use fresh corn when in season for the best flavor.
Adjust the spiciness by adding jalapeño or other chili peppers.
