Fig Jam &Brie
This recipe is easy to make and only requires a few ingredients. Serve it with some crackers or sliced baguette and watch it disappear in no time.

fig jam

Brie cheese
sliced

French baguette
sliced
Fresh rosemary sprigs
Olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Brush each baguette slice with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Spread fig jam on each toast, then top with a slice of brie and a sprig of rosemary.
Return to the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes, until the brie is slightly melted and bubbly.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Use a serrated knife to slice the baguette easily.
Toast the bread slices until crispy, but not too hard.
Spread the fig jam generously on each bread slice.
Top the jam with a slice of brie and a sprig of rosemary.
Bake or broil until the brie is slightly melted and bubbly.
