blueberries
washed

teaspoon
lemon zest

lemon juice

cinnamon powder

tablespoon
maple syrup
pinch of salt
Instructions
Reserve ⅓ blueberries and place the rest of the blueberries in the instant pot.
Add in lemon zest, cinnamon powder, salt, lemon juice.
Close the lid and cook at high pressure for 1 minute.
When cooking time ends, wait for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, do a quick pressure release and open the lid.
Press on "saute", stir well and break the blueberries.
Add the remaining blueberries and keep stirring.
Pour in a container and store in the fridge :]
