hot sauce

honey

lime juice

Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients over medium heat
Stir well and bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes
Let the sauce cool, then transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator
Notes
Adjust the heat level by using more or less hot sauce
Taste the sauce as you go and adjust the flavors to your liking
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks
Use gloves when handling hot sauce to avoid irritation
For a thicker sauce, simmer it longer to reduce and thicken
