¼
cup
cold water
2
tablespoons
gelatin

Instructions
Prepare a springform pan by lining it with parchment paper.
Press the crushed graham crackers into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Chill in the fridge.
In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in cold water. Set aside for a few minutes.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream and sugar together until soft peaks form.
Gently fold in the mango puree and dissolved gelatin.
Pour the mango mousse mixture over the chilled crust.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Remove from the pan, slice, and serve as desired.
Notes
Make sure to use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
Chill your mixing bowl and whisk before whipping the cream for better results.
Dissolve gelatin properly to avoid lumps in the mousse.
Allow enough time for the mousse to set in the fridge.
You can make individual servings using small cups or ramekins for a fancy touch.
