cups
coconut milk
½
cup
sugar
¼
teaspoon
salt
2
teaspoon
agar-agar powder
½
cup
water
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.
In a separate bowl, mix the agar-agar powder with water and stir until fully dissolved.
Add the agar-agar mixture to the saucepan and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until the mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the mixture into a square or rectangular container and let it cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, refrigerate the jelly for at least 2 hours or until set.
Cut the jelly into small squares and serve chilled.
Notes
Use a non-stick pan to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom.
Stir the mixture constantly to ensure that the agar-agar is fully dissolved.
Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less sugar.
Add a few drops of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
Use fresh coconut milk for best results.
