rice flour

chopped wood ear mushrooms

fish sauce

Instructions
In a bowl, mix rice flour and water to create a thin batter. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine ground pork, mushrooms, onion, fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush with cooking oil.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to create a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until set.
Add a spoonful of filling onto the cooked rice flour sheet, then gently roll it up.
Transfer the roll to a plate and cover with a damp cloth. Repeat with the remaining batter and filling.
Notes
Keep the rice flour batter thin for delicate and translucent rolls.
Cook the rolls in a non-stick pan for easier removal and to prevent sticking.
Cover the cooked rolls with a damp cloth to keep them soft and moist.
Adjust the filling ingredients to your taste, adding more or less seasoning as desired.
Prepare the dipping sauce ahead of time for a more flavorful and balanced taste.
