Instant Pot Strawberry Cobbler
This easy strawberry cobbler recipe binds together into a rich and mouthwatering classic dessert.

granulated sugar

baking powder

milk

vanilla extract

fresh strawberrirs
hulled and sliced

water
Instructions
In large bowl, add all ingredients except strawberries and water and with a whisk, mix until well combined.
Gently, fold in strawberry slices.
Place the mixture into a large greased ramekin.
Arrange the trivet in the bottom of Instant Pot and pour the water.
Arrange the ramekin on top of the trivet.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, wait 5 minutes for a natural release and then do a quick release.
Open the lid, serve and enjoy :)
Notes
If you don't have fresh strawberries, frozen strawberries can be used as well.
To make the cobbler topping even more crumbly, you can add some chia seeds or chopped nuts such as pecans or walnuts.
