Instructions
In the bottom of Instant Pot, place the apples. Pour wine on top and sprinkle with sugar, raisins and cinnamon.
Secure the lid and turn to “Seal” position.
Cook on “Manual” with “High Pressure” for about 10 minutes.
Press “Cancel” and do a quick release.
Transfer the apples onto serving plates and top with cooking liquid.
Serve immediately.
