Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweet rice flour, sugar, and water. Mix well.
Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes, then stir. Microwave for another 1-2 minutes or until the dough is cooked through and sticky.
On a clean surface, dust with cornstarch. Transfer the mochi dough onto the cornstarch-dusted surface.
Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces.
Flatten each piece of dough and place a strawberry in the center. Wrap the dough around the strawberry and seal it completely.
Lightly dust the strawberry mochi with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
Notes
Make sure your strawberries are dry before using them in the filling.
Microwave the mochi dough for a faster cooking process.
