Instructions
In a small, heatproof container, place the carrots, turnip and broth. Set aside.
In the pot of Instant Pot, place the remaining ingredients except the cilantro and stir to combine.
Arrange a steamer trivet on top of beef mixture.
Place the container of vegetables on top of the trivet.
Secure the lid and turn to “Seal” position.
Cook on “Manual” with “High Pressure” for about15 minutes.
Press “Cancel” and allow a natural release for about 10 minutes and then, do a quick release.
Carefully, remove the lid and place the vegetable mixture into the stew.
Serve hot with the garnishing of cilantro.
