hoisin sauce

hot sauce

Salt and ground black pepper

Instructions
Add the oil in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”. Now, add the onion and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
Add the ginger and garlic and cook for about 2 minutes.
Select “Cancel” and stir in the remaining ingredients.
Secure the lid and turn to “Seal” position.
Cook on “Manual” with “High Pressure” for about 60 minutes.
Press “Cancel” and allow a natural release for about 10 minutes and then, do a quick release.
Carefully, remove the lid and place the brisket onto a cutting board for about 5-10 minutes.
Select “Sauté” and cook for about 10 minutes or until desired thickness of cooking sauce.
Cut the brisket into thin pieces against the grain.
Serve the brisket slices with alongside the sauce.
