In a bowl, add breadcrumbs and seasonings. Mix until combined.
Add your flour to a plate.
In another bowl, beat 1 egg.
Place your steak in the flour and coat it.
Then dredge your steak in the egg wash.
Finally, pass it through the breadcrumbs. Repeat steps 4, 5, and 6 with each piece of steak.
Preheat your air fryer then place the steaks in the basket. Coat with a layer of non-stick cooking spray.
Cook your steaks for 10 minutes at 360F. Flip halfway through.
Serve while hot, and enjoy!

Once the crumbed steak is done cooking, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it. This allows the juices to redistribute and makes for a more flavorful steak.
Slice the rested steak against the grain. This helps to tenderize the meat and makes it easier to chew.
