Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside to heat up.
Cook the macaroni noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture is golden and fragrant.
Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly, and cook until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Roll out the pizza dough to the desired thickness and place it on a lightly floured surface.
Spread the cheese sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
Sprinkle the cooked macaroni noodles over the cheese sauce, then top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the pizza to the preheated baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your Mac and Cheese Pizza!
Notes
You can add toppings to your mac and cheese pizza, like bacon, shrimp, broccoli, or even lobster. Be careful not to overload your pizza with toppings, though, or it won't cook through and may require additional cook time.
