Prepare your smoker or grill using your favorite wood chips or pellets. Preheat to 200F.
Prepare a small dish using aluminum foil and place the cream cheese in the center.
In a small bowl, mix together the dry ingredients to make your seasoning.
Using a sharp knife, score the top of your cream cheese.
Gently rub your spice mix onto the cream cheese ensuring to cover the sides as well. Drizzle olive oil on top.
Place the aluminum foil dish with the cream cheese in your smoker and leave to cook for 2-3 hours. The longer you leave it, the smokier the flavor.
Once the top has darkened in color and the score marks have opened up, remove the cream cheese from the smoker and allow it to stand for 10 minutes.
Serve while warm and enjoy!
