lettuce, tomato and onion

Instructions
Use a fork to mash the ground bison.
Add salt, pepper, thyme, oil, mustard, paprika, mayo and onions in the meat and mix.
Use your hands to make patties.
Place the patties on the hot grill and cook until brown.
Place the cooked patties between two buns and layer with cheese and lettuce leaves.
