Crepini wraps
4
ounces
chilled cooked rice noodles
2
bell peppers
cut into slices
1
red onion
cut into slices
1
carrot
cut into slices
scallion
to taste
Peanut Dressing
3
tablespoon
peanut butter
1
tablespoon
rice vinegar
1
tablespoon
lime juice
2
teaspoon
soy sauce
1
teaspoon
maple syrup
½
teaspoon
sesame oil
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Add all the dressing ingredients to make the peanut dressing in a bowl.
Whisk properly to get a smooth dressing.
Lay all the wraps on a surface and add rice noodles, bell peppers, carrot, onion and scallion inside the wraps.
Roll the wraps tightly.
Serve them with the dressing and enjoy :)
Notes
For a vegan version, you can use
Crepini eggless wraps as well.
