mustard seeds

urad dal

Instructions
In a pan, heat coconut oil.
Add chopped spinach, jaggery, salt, tarmarind, green chili, garlic and onion.
Mix and simmer for six minutes.
Now let the mix to cool down.
Grind the mixture to prepare a paste.
For tarka, heat coconut oil. Then add all the other ingredients and turn the heat off after mixing.
Mix the tarka with chutney and serve.
