Instructions
Turn on the instant pot and select sauté.
Add oil, cabbage and sauté for 3 minutes on each side.
Add carrot, water, vinegar, sugar, cayenne, hot pepper flakes.
Sprinkle carrots on top and close the lid of the instant pot.
Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 5 minutes, release the pressure naturally through steam vent.
When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural pressure release.
Open the lid and Arrange the cabbage wedges on a serving plate.
Take a bowl and mix cornstarch with water and add it in the liquid In the Instant Pot. Mix well.
Pour this sauce on the wedges and enjoy.
