For meatballs: take a bowl and add the beef, finely chopped onion, 4 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of coriander, ½ teaspoon of allspice, salt, black pepper, cilantro and parsley and with your hands mix until well combined.
Form 24 to 25 meatballs using your hands.
Turn on the instant pot and select sauté.
Add oil, chopped onions and sauté for 4 minutes.
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Add meatballs into instant pot.
Close the lid of the instant pot.
Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 15 minutes, release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes through steam vent.
