  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 lb baby potatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 tbsp parsley minced


  1. Place a trivet in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.

  2. Transferbaby red potatoesin it and lock the lid.

  3. Select “Manual” and set at “high pressure” for about 8 minutes.

  4. Select “cancel” and release the pressure quickly.

  5. Remove the basket and press “Sauté”.

  6. Add butter and potatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.

  7. Sprinkle the potatoes with the salt and minced parsley.

  8. Dish out in a bowl and serve hot.
