Instructions
Put oil, cumin seeds andSerrano pepper into the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”.
Sauté for about 2 minutes and add the remaining ingredients.
Put the setting to “Manual” for 4 minutes on “High Pressure”.
Select “cancel” and release the pressure quickly.
Garnish with cilantro and serve with Indian flatbread.
