cumin seeds

chicken broth

lemon juice

ginger
minced or 2 teaspoon ginger powder

coconut milk

teaspoon
paprika

teaspoon
ground turmeric

teaspoon
garam masala
Instructions
Turn on the Instant Pot and select saute.
Add garlic, ginger, oil, and cumin seeds and saute for 30 seconds.
Add spices and onions and saute for 3 more minutes.
Add chicken broth, chicken breasts, and tomatoes and mix a bit.
Press cancel and close the lid.
Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
When the cooking cycle ends, do a quick pressure release
Open the lid, add the coconut milk and select sauté.
Stir in the lemon juice and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
