Notes
Ground turkey is very sticky, so it is essential to spray your air fryer basket with a non-stick cooking spray before you attempt to cook your turkey burgers.
Choose from various toppings for your turkey burger, such as lettuce, tomato, red onion, sprouts, avocado, mayo, mustard, ketchup, cheese, ranch dressing, bbq sauce, etc.
If you have more turkey than you need, you can freeze the uncooked patties and cook them later. Simply cook frozen patties in your air fryer for 18 minutes at 360F, flipping halfway in between.
You'll have a nutrient-dense meal packed with protein by making minor adjustments to how you serve the burgers. Swap out the kaiser for a potato or gluten-free bun, or go bun-less altogether. Top it with baby spinach or kale instead of lettuce.
