Instructions
Turn on the instant pot and select sauté.
Add oil and mutton and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add garlic, ginger, jalapenos, onions and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add carrots, potatoes, beef broth, turmeric, A-1 steak, salt and black pepper.
Close the lid of the instant pot.
Set instant pot to Manual at high pressure and cook for 15 minutes. Release the pressure naturally for 10 through steam vent.
Add coconut milk, garnish with cilantro and serve.
