Ingredients

  • 2 lb crab legs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups mint leaves
  • 2 cups coriander leaves
  • 7 green chilies chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala

Instructions

  1. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies and water in a blender.

  2. Blend till a smooth paste is formed.

  3. Turn on the instant pot and select sauté.

  4. Add oil and crab legs and sauté for 3 minutes.

  5. Add the blended paste, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala.

  6. Close the lid of the instant pot.

  7. Set instant pot to Manual at high pressure and cook for 5 minutes. Release the pressure naturally through steam vent.

  8. Dish out and serve.
