Add oil in the inner pot of Instant pot and select “Sauté”.
Add onions and cook for about 3 minutes.
Then, add bell peppers and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Add in pav bhaji masala, tomatoes and salt. Stir well.
Then, add carrots, potatoes, green peas and cauliflower. Mix well.
Close the lid and press the “Manual” button.
Cook for about 8 minutes on HIGH pressure and select the “Cancel” button.
Release the pressure naturally through the steam vent and open the lid.
Put the mixture in an immersion blender and blend well.
Stir in lemon juice and dish out.
Serve and enjoy!
