Put oil and goat meat in the inner pot of Instant pot. Select “Sauté”.
After 3 minutes, add onions, ginger, garlic and spices in the iInstant pot.
Sauté for 3 minutes and add diced tomatoes, water and potatoes.
Press “Cancel” and cover the lid of Instant pot.
Press the “Manual” button and cook for about 45 minutes on HIGH pressure.
Release the pressure naturally through the steam vent and open the lid.
Dish out and serve hot.
