  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/4 cup brown rice
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 lb turkey
  • 1/2 cup salsa verde
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in the instant pot.
  • Close the lid of the instant pot.
  • Set instant pot to Manual at high pressure and cook for 18 minutes. Release the pressure naturally through steam vent.
  • Open the lid of the instant pot.
  • Dish out and serve.
