Instructions
Add carrots and water in the instant pot and lock the lid of the instant pot.
Set instant pot to Manual at high pressure and cook for 0 minutes. Release the pressure quickly through steam vent.
Open the lid and discard water and carrots.
Press the sauté button.
Add the ingredients for sauce and sauté for 1 minute.
Add carrots init and stir for 1 minute.
Press cancel, serve with anything you like and enjoy.
