Ingredients

  • 2 Artichokes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Add water in the instant pot and place trivet in it.

  2. Place the artichokes on the trivet.

  3. Close the lid of the instant pot.

  4. Set instant pot to Manual at high pressure and cook for 8 minutes. Release the pressure quickly through steam vent.

  5. Open the lid of the instant pot and serve.
