  • 100 g sugar golden castor
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g self-rising flour
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate grated
  • 2 tbsp tutti fruity jelly crystals
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder


  • Mix butter and sugar together and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and make a fluffy mixture.
  • Beat the eggs well and add into the sugar and butter mixture.
  • Take a pudding mold according to an instant pot and grease with butter.
  • Adjust the trivet and add water into it.
  • Add cocoa powder and flour into the egg mixture.
  • Add chocolate and tutti fruity into the mixture
  • Fill the pudding mold three quarter with the mixture
  • Use butter to grease the underside of greaseproof paper and cover the pudding mold with it.
  • Put the molds on the trivet and heat until pressure is reached.
  • Adjust the pressure on manual “low” and cook for 25 minutes.
  • Release the pressure quickly. Serve the pudding with ice-cream.
