Mix butter and sugar together and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and make a fluffy mixture.
Beat the eggs well and add into the sugar and butter mixture.
Take a pudding mold according to an instant pot and grease with butter.
Adjust the trivet and add water into it.
Add cocoa powder and flour into the egg mixture.
Add chocolate and tutti fruity into the mixture
Fill the pudding mold three quarter with the mixture
Use butter to grease the underside of greaseproof paper and cover the pudding mold with it.
Put the molds on the trivet and heat until pressure is reached.
Adjust the pressure on manual “low” and cook for 25 minutes.
Release the pressure quickly. Serve the pudding with ice-cream.
