Instructions
Mix all the ingredients except salt and wine in a bowl.
Marinate the pork meat with the prepared mixture.
Pour the left mixture into the Instant Pot.
Place a trivet inside the Instant Pot.
Place the pork meat on the trivet.
Season the pork with salt to taste and pour Shaoxing wine onto it.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 18 minutes.
Do a quick release afterward.
Dish out and serve with chopped green onions.
