  • 2 lb chicken
  • 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 12 garlic cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste


  • Add chicken and all ingredients in the instant pot.
  • Close the lid of the instant pot.
  • Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 15 minutes, release the pressure naturally through steam vent.
  • Open the lid of the instant pot and transfer chicken on serving dish.
  • Select sauté and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Drizzle this sauce over chicken and serve.
