  • lb chicken breast skinless cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper crushed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water


  1. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in an instant pot and press “sauté”, add half chicken into it.

  2. Cook for 3-4 minutes until it is a bit brown, take it out and again add sesame oil and “sauté” the remaining half.

  3. Take a bowl and add honey, soy sauce, red pepper and garlic, whisk it well.

  4. Put all the chicken in the pot and then add sauce, cover the lid.

  5. Press “poultry” and cook for 4 minutes. .

  6. Release the pressure quickly.

  7. In a small bowl add cornstarch into water and whisk.

  8. Press “sauté” and add the mixture into it, let it cook for 1 minute to get the required thickness.

  9. Serve it.
